There are two exhibitions coming up July and August, do pop in to say hello and some news of workshops in Rochester at the Francis Iles Artycat Artists materials and supplies shop (over the road from the Francis Iles Gallery in Rochester High Street. See on my workshop schedule page, more details will follow : https://jackietrinder.com/workshops/

I’m here until last full day on Monday 22nd April. The weather was so cold when we set up, sleet in Rochester as we left but it’s due to warm up now and be glorious by Easter. So if you feel like a day out by the sea come and say hello. Work has been selling despite the windy and cold at the start of the week so we’ve had to grab new pieces to fill gaps.

We’re packing the car up with all the paintings for the exhibition and will be hanging them tomorrow morning at The Horsebridge Gallery, Whitstable. So this is just a quick reminder to come and see me from Sunday, 7th April onwards to April 22nd with ‘drinks’ on Saturday 13th, all welcome. I’m looking forward to spending some time by the sea. Do come if you fancy a day out in lovely Whitstable.

Working in watercolour then acrylics, this is a study for a larger painting… I think.

And finishing off paintings and working on a new Hare.

Great to see how they looked

Maidstone Art Society all day on Saturday and then the WI Art Bearsted on Monday

This painting was bought as a present for this lovely American gentleman, whom I met at a social event in London with his wife. She secretly commissioned the piece and we eventually shipped it across to Colorado. She had it hidden for ages until a special anniversary. He was pleased and surprised and they sent me these photos.
